Brief Bio
I practiced labour and employment law as a member of the Bars of British Columbia and Ontario before returning to academic life. I studied at the University of Toronto (B.A., M.I.R.), the London School of Economics (LL.M), and Osgoode Hall Law School (LL.B, Ph.D). My research and teaching is contrentrated in the areas of labour and employment law, international labour law, labour practices within global supply chains, corporate social responsibility, and regulatory theory. My publications have appeared in leading Canadian and American law journals. I am also a member of the Canadian Labour Law Casebook Group, Articles Review Editor for the Canadian Labour and Employment Law Journal and frequent media commentator on matters related to labour and employment law.
